Ranger Workshop - Map and Compass

Friday, August 5th at 1:30pm

Come join Ranger Sicard to learn in a fun environment how to use a compass and map. Please bring a regular compass or a compass app downloaded on your phone. Participants will learn how to take a bearing on the compass and follow it. These bearings will lead to places that are also identifiable on the maps which will be given at the beginning of the program. Please have you compass preloaded before arriving to the program if using one on the phone.

Bring a snack, water, and wear appropriate shoes and clothing for the weather. Please do not bring pets to this workshop.
