January 6, 2021- Governor Cooper has signed Executive Order 188, extending the modified stay at home order, and restricting individuals and businesses to a curfew from 10pm to 5am daily. Face coverings are required at all times indoors and outdoors, unless you are with household members. This EO expires on January 29, 2021 at 5pm. Mass gatherings are strongly discouraged, and limited to 10 people indoors with social distancing, and 50 people outdoors. The Town of Seven Devils continues to operate under our County State of Emergency Orders for Watauga and Avery jurisdictions. Public meetings will be limited to the 10 person limit & virtual attendance is strongly encouraged. Otter FallsTrail and Black Bear Family Park require face coverings for all.
