August 6, 2020 - Governor Cooper has extended Phase 2 of the Executive Order due to expire on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 5pm. This is a "SAFER AT HOME" recommendation, restaurants will operate at 50%, Short Term Rentals are allowed at 50%, and Personal Care businesses may operate at 50%. Mass gatherings are limited to 10 people indoors, and 25 people outdoors. Face Coverings are required in public at all times. Playgrounds and fitness areas remain closed.
